"Helpful staff and clean facility. Don’t plan on sleeping! Very loud neighbors, partying, music, arguments, multiple people in and out of the room, until 4 AM. No security, or staff, walking the hallways. They are only in the casino."

"I liked everything about the hotel!"

"We appreciated the electric charger on site. It came in handy while we stayed at the hotel. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. The breakfast was average. There was a gulf simulator to rent out but we did not use it. The hotel is away from the major bustle of the area. There was a train than came through during our stay. It was during the day so it did not effect our sleep."

"The hotel was better than okay but hardly the 9.4 Wonderful Rating it got. Not even close. I am writing this review because I feel like I was conned. Nothing wrong with this hotel, other than the flimsy bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close fully, but, despite this gripe, and the water pressure was minimal, the staff was very nice and the room was both comfortable and clean. I'd give my experience a Very Good but no more."

"Was happy with our stay."

"The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling."

"The suite was terrible. It was crowded, the carpet seemed dirty. The sofa bed mattress was old and stained. The blanket given was stuck together with something blue. The queen bed had a lumpy mattress which hurt my back. Hot water smelled like sulphur. There was mold on the floor near the tub. I’ve stayed here before in different kind of room and it was lovely. This room was unsatisfactory. The staff here is so pleasant. What a shame that this room was not up to standard."

"The rooms could’ve been thoroughly cleaned more. There was a bar of used soap left in the shower. I also think you should provide more breakfast options."

"This was a good option for our overnight stay to catch an early flight in Chicago the next morning. Both individuals working the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was free and it was not too far from Midway. The only downside was the hallway carpet looked like it could use a deep clean."

"Room had toothpaste splattered on the mirror, someone’s hair all over the floor in the bathroom, huge stains on the walls, used tissue in the toilet. I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned. Very disgusting!! Also it was right by the expressway and traffic was down to one lane due to construction and there was a very loud constant banging noise every...
