"The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊"

"Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!"

"Room was very clean and it was in a great location. We had some challenges getting into the room on two occasions due to Internet issues. We would only return if we knew we were on 1st floor or basement. Navigating stairs to third floor with luggage was challenging."

"Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room. Great stay from that...

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....
