My family of 4 had a nice stay here. The location is really convenient and we found some great food nearby (especially the Indian restaurant a couple blocks south). The host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

We have been coming to London for many years and few hotels/apartments we would return to - this is an exception - the position close to Paddington is what we need within easy walking of everything, the staff are what stands out here, we arrived early but our bags were in our room on our return, nothing was too much trouble, they were always willing to help in any way. daily towels and water topped up which is rare in most hotels these days. We won't hesitate to return

Friendly staff and comfy stay

I had a lovely stay the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, which made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. While the décor isn’t quite finished to a high standard (a few rough paintwork areas here and there), it didn’t affect the overall experience. I’d happily stay again.

Excellent location. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Staff were very attentive, they gave us a welcome drink, complimentary water, soft drink and snacks. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended

Our stay here went very smoothly. We were contacted ahead of our check in date to confirm the time of our arrival. We were able to leave our bags with reception until our room was ready and the staff went out of there way to accommodate some of our needs. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Great room, great location!

Last minute booking so to get a room like this for the price was lucky for me - the in-room complimentary snacks are a simple idea but well appreciated after a long day of travelling and work. Location is ideal, a short walk from all manner of places to eat or drink as well as being a stones throw from Paddington Station.
