"What a disappointment! I've been coming to this resort for the past 6 yrs now and will not be going back. Staff is rude and dismissive. The pool line was always super long and managenent doesn't care.If you don't get to the pool by 10 you wont find any seating. They continuously run out of towels. Everyone is complaining and arguing. Not to mention this place isnt cheap. "

"Overall, the hotel has a nice aesthetic and a beautiful lobby, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price point. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the layout was quite poor. The bathrooms were very small, one sink didn’t drain properly, and another was leaking — issues you wouldn’t expect at this level. There was also no kitchenette, which felt like a miss for a suite of this type. The a/c would blow right over the bed making it uncomfortable. Either too cold or too warm. The in-room amenities were underwhelming, with only decaf coffee provided. Parking was also excessively priced, and the valet service was inconsistent — sometimes quick, other times frustratingly slow. The on-site restaurant was another disappointment. The food and service didn’t match the premium pricing at all and felt subpar overall. While the property has its highlights, especially the lobby, the overall experience doesn’t justify the cost. "

"Close to everything. North and south beaches. The hotel was clean, spacious, smelled good. Enough parking space. No complaints at all! "

"This location was ideal for my stay in Sunny Isles. It doesn’t sit on the ocean, but the walk to the beach is an easy one. I used the fitness center daily, the pool at least once a day. Took advantage of the daily food and drink perks. And it was a safe and short walk to some of the best restaurants! I will likely choose this spot again next winter."

"Maintenance staff entered our room twice within an hour of checking in and gave my daughter anxiety for the rest of the trip. The resort ran out of beach chairs and umbrellas and we were given a towel. . For a beach vacation."
