"My family has done a good bit of traveling lately and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. No weird smells or leaking ac or showers that always get water all over the floor. Everything is clean and modern and well maintained. The pool is indoors which is great so the weather doesn't hinder its use. We didn't visit the restaurant on site so I can't say anything about it other than it looked nice. They gave 2 complimentary bottles of water each day which was very appreciated."

"The pictures online are an outright lie. Not even the same colors. Loose, filthy carpet, old spring mattresses, a lamp to light the entire room, and an HVAC system that maintained a consistent 80%+ humidity level in the room. We picked this for the great location and seemingly decent rooms. Will absolutely pick a different hotel next time."

"This is a beautiful hotel near Central Park. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The customer service is top notch. We called housekeeping to get additional coffee pods and creamer and it was there within minutes. The front desk was absolutely kind and accommodated our request for a late check out without hesitation. Marquios and JB helped us with our luggage and answered any questions we had about maneuvering the city. A 24 hour pharmacy is across the street. Great restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Carnegie Hall is on the corner. Nordstrom is two blocks away. We walked to Broadway shows, but could have easily used the subway. We choose the exercise. We can not thank The Quin enough for our comfortable and welcoming stay!"

"We had a great stay at the Lombardy Hotel. Really cordial doorman, bellman and lobby staff; nice bathroom amenities, comfy beds with lovely linens and highly secure rooms. Coffee maker took Lavazza pods, which were very nice, though ours only dispensed tiny espresso-sized coffees. This is an interesting property as it is mixed use; part apartment building, part hotel. Our party had 2 rooms, so we were able to see the drastically different styles of the rooms, which were both nice, but had very different wallpapers, furnishings, style of decor. etc. - felt a little bespoke, actually. The only issue during our stay was that our room cards seemed to get demagnetized very easily, but the desk staff replaced them promptly each time. A small matter."
