"Great location to where I needed to be. Cadburys world is 3 mins away and the hotel restaurant serves really nice food and roast on Sunday. "

"Really good standard of cleanliness, cosy and very quiet room but the outstanding feature was how lovely,helpful and friendly the staff were. Close to New street railway station and Bullring for shopping. I would certainly recommend it"

"Hotel was reasonably priced for a reason. Room was spacious and comfortable but a little tired. Nice quiet location though, so had a good night sleep. Breakfast was a disappointment, best leave it at that. I would consider staying again, easy parking, good location and certainly good value for money compared to other options on this occasion. "

"We were in room 2 , an accessible room on the ground floor. The room had a lighting bollard outside the window that shone brightly through the curtains all night. Black out blinds are needed."
