"The property is right in the middle of Duvall Street making it a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but there is limited space around it. Our only complaint was the proximity of our room to the elevator the staff uses to access the upper floors - every time they got on it they slammed the door which rattled our bedroom door and woke us up. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone. "

"What a great find! So close to Mallory Square and Duval Street but in a quiet, gated area. Alan on reception was friendly and helpful. Easy parking included too! Loved the enormous bed - thank goodness there was a step to get up on it though!! Nice grab and go breakfast selection. "

At night the guests returning were loud and obnoxious and woke us from our sleep. The guests across the hall locked themselves out of their room and were yelling and cussing at each other. There is no one on staff present overnight. Only a phone number for after -hours issues. "
