Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. "We loved the property and it is our second time visiting. The building and grounds are very well kept. We used the pool and beach every day and they had plenty of amenities for us. Absolutely love the weight staff and the food in the restaurant. The unit that we stayed in gave us shampoo, conditioner, soap, but it was only meant for For the first few days. If we were staying for a month I would understand this but when you're going for one week I think they should provide those items. That would...
