"I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. "The staff are excellent. When we arrived, we were shown to a building with NO elevator. Because I have a neuromuscular disorder, I require an elevator. the staff switched us to such a building immediately. "When we checked in the room wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes to get settled and they gave what they said was an upgrade and $100 BDS credit. Nice room and it had a kitchen. Maid service was a bit unpredictable, the times we wanted it they just left us a bunch of towels.
