The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. Our room was cleaned each day, with a nightly turndown service, which was a nice touch. We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Would go back and highly recommend it for other looking for a quiet get away.

Amazing service, food was EXCELLENT especially for an all inclusive resort. Rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and well maintained. Beach is beautiful with plenty of seating options. We will certainly be back!

Lovely intimate hotel, staff wonderful everyone of them. Room and view excellent clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of shade, the umbrellas were completely inadequate. They are too small and don’t tilt to offer any shade

I had a wonderful experience. The staff made it extremely enjoyable. They were very friendly, accommodating and kind. Andrea, Chantal, Rico were exceptional. The food was a bit overcooked but there were some dishes that were very good. The resort was clean and well kept. I like a quiet, relaxing vacation and this resort did not disappoint.

My most memorable part of my stay at 'The House' is the employees. Every one of them , from bartenders to restaurant staff were so kind and helpful in every possible way. A few standouts were , Agnes and Pat ( kitchen ) and Kwesi who did so much to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beach was beautiful. We also loved the gourmet food. We're hoping to make it back here in the next couple years.

It is incredibly rare for me to have nothing but positive things to write! Stayed for 1 week and every last detail was perfeftion. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, with an amazing view of the ocean. Breakfast was good, lunch was great and dinner's were all incredible. I live in NY, where food cutlure is strong; here it was elevated to the same degree. Staff provided fast, courteous service with an often great sense of humor. The beach is clean and the water amazing. A definite must visit!

⸻ Our stay at The House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured we had an exceptional experience. Every detail, from the beautifully elegant room to the overall ambiance of the property, exuded class and sophistication. The food was amazing—especially the dinners, which were truly exceptional. Each night featured a new menu, and we even had the opportunity to speak with the chef to share how phenomenal everything was. We also spent some time at the spa, which was exactly what we needed for our couples’ rejuvenation week. Above all, the entire team excelled in hospitality. Their graciousness, attentiveness, and warmth made them a sheer joy to be around. A special mention goes to Pat for the incredible omelets and conversation each morning, and to Kwesi for always making sure we had everything we needed by the pool. The staff truly made us feel at home—like part of the family. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!

the room was comfortable and water front view. the housekeeper came twice a day. there was only one restaurant but menu was different every day. the food was amazing.

Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.
