"Very pleasant overnight stay for a nearby hospital appointment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with plenty of great sized parking spaces. Well lit and clean basement parking with easy access to reception. Highly recommend Quest Chatswood."

"Considering its proximity to the city centre this hotel was a great find. It’s got the old house vibes but with modern finishes (i can’t explain well but it feels just right). The staff is equally amazing. I may have had some minor issues but they did their best to help out. Fair warning - don’t leave your room card in the room at night because if you do - you gonna have to wait till the morning (no staff at night). The restaurant downstairs is not to be missed either and most amenities are...

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。"

"Really lovely property in north Sydney , close to cafes and a coles across the street. I really enjoy their plush bedding . My only comment is that their rooms are dark as furnishings are dark , and lighting isn’t great, "

"Loved staying overnight at the zoo. Everything was clean and eco friendly. The included private tour was informative. The added night tour and animal encounters were definitely worth it and goes to a good cause. "
