"Wonderful room, updated!"

"This was our first visit to Sedona, so we did not use any of the hotel amenities as we were exploring the local scenery as much as possible. However, the hotel was a super good choice for our Sedona journey. "

"There was no staff, other than when we first checked in. We got our room, which did not look like it had been cleaned other than running a vacuum a few days prior. Then after a day or two of hiking, etc, the house keeping had not shown up, so I went to the front office to just get towels. I was greeted with a kiosk and someone presumably in another country, who said there were no employees there, and I would need to come back the following morning. The building itself could use some maintenance, since it looked like it was starting to fall apart. In general, it was not even close to what I would expect from a national chain that typically has a good reputation for customer care and cleanliness."

"Great property! Room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. Fridge and microwave were helpful with the kids. The pool and meditation areas were wonderful and provided a nice reprieve from our trip."

"My dog, Bo, and I loved this property for our four-day stay in Sedona. It's a perfect base if you're planning to spend time outside, and has super useful amenities (small gym, great on-site dog park, laundry room, etc.). Our room exceeded my expectations; it was, clean, extremely comfortable and spacious, and everything felt modern, fresh, and functional. Nice Malin and Goetz bathroom products, too. The staff could not have been nicer (from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff) and were extremely responsive (checking in affirmatively if I wanted housekeeping, sharing events in the communal spaces, etc.). The breakfast concept is great; you can do a continental or apply the cost to one of their a la carte menu items. The staff made great coffee drinks. I've stayed at many different properties in Sedona and this is my favorite thus far. I thought it was excellent value. "
