"I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. Came in to check in and the friendly, upbeat gentleman with the cool long hair, quickly got me checked in and even got my card to work both days. Cookie was good too!! Room was really clean and cozy. "Although outdated, the rooms and hotel were very clean so that’s what mattered to me. We didn’t use the pool or jacuzzi. Great place for a quick stay! Good food for breakfast! Oh, and the afternoon freshly baked cookies were a major plus!"

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...
