"I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. Came in to check in and the friendly, upbeat gentleman with the cool long hair, quickly got me checked in and even got my card to work both days. Cookie was good too!! Room was really clean and cozy. "Photos online are beautiful, concept is cool, but in person details reveal gaps. Beautiful view, but with no screens in the windows or sliding door ALL of the bugs come into the room. Gross. This means no smelling or listening to the bay, which defeats the purpose of securing this king suite. Huge jacuzzi style tub in the room, but after adding an inch of hot water and letting stand for a few minutes before filling, I found floaters. So the tub wasn’t clean. Gross. "Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again."

"The main complaint was the outlets. They would not hold our plugs for charging our devices. I realize Port Townsend is a resort/tourist town but $200/ night for this place seems a bit high for really NO amenities. Enjoyed the town though!"
