"Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen. It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again...

"Wonderfully located in the old quarter. On the same street as the night market. The property is very new and the fixtures are modern. We stayed here twice in two different rooms. Both were tops. In terms of space maybe slightly tight, but no complaints. The breakfast is good since it’s a budget hotel. The staff are overly helpful. WARNING: be extremely cautious when You make travel and reservations for Halong Bay and Sapa via the Travel Desk. The pictures shown indicate luxury, yet what you get...

"It was more expensive than nicer hotels in the area. Room was darky and dingy and upon arrival there was dozens of someone else’s hair (not my color, so I know) all over my bed and our floor was wet."
