"Had a grew overnight stay. The amenities in the room were great. Very comfortable, they thought of everything. Lots of parts are newly renovated and well cared for. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend "

"Arrived for a 2 day relaxing time away
Room was tatty we ssked for a double bed ended up wit 2 singles pushed together restaurant was unclean breakfast was luke warm and dry.used the spa had to buy a padlock from reception that didnt work with code .questioned it and said couldnt do anything with it .very poor .sauna was out of order.hole in the bathroom ceeling where we witnessed a woodlice drop into the bath ..will not be staying again very poor "

"The staff were very helpful & informative.
The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff.
The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room.
The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful.
We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome.
Next time we will try the spa.

"Our second time here.
Fabulous staff and food. A treat but not too snooty that you feel out of place. Free parking a bonus! Breakfast really good. Room good but bed uncomfortable. Would have preferred a separate shower to one over the bath. All in all though a great stay."
