"Reception staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant staff were aware of my food allergies and everything was clearly labelled. Room was clean. Close to train station/bull ring and the arena."

"Staff were very helpful and location was perfect . Unfortunately on arrival no one had filled the handwash or shower gel , so had to request someone to do this . The aircon was extremely noisy and could not control the temperature of the shower , extremely hot and could have been dangerous."

"Lights and extractor fan not working in the room. Reports of worms in the swimming pool by other guests. However, we didn’t see any worms and thought the pool and leisure facilities were fine. Moved to a different room due to lights and fan not working then ended up with bed bug bites from the mattress. (Confirmed by pharmacist) wrote a complaint to hotel about this but received no response. Would not be staying there again. Expedia tried to help with some form of refund but hotel didn’t reply to them either."
