Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. "Well heating in my room did not work. The room was a bit chilly late at night. And the water was not hot enough. It would be nice to have a few more plugs in the room for charger and laptop. I only saw 2 one for the light and 1 for the kettle"
