"If you can't cook hash browns properly, don't serve them. No mushrooms at breakfast. I had a cappuccino and a cafe au lait from the machine. They were exactly the same and both tasted gross. I had to put extra milk in just to make them drinkable."

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"Our group booked six rooms at W6 Hotel Hammersmith, and the quality varied considerably. One room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, while others had issues with cleanliness, maintenance, unpleasant smells and shower temperatures.
Problems encountered included mould in a fridge, damaged walls, cracked window glass, faulty lighting, a persistent burning smell and stained bathroom surfaces. Some rooms also had damaged furnishings and exposed wiring.
The biggest disappointment was the...

"This hotel was useful for it's location which was centrally located between both hammersmith and shepherd's bush tube stations. Beds were as. you would expect for a budget hotel option, however, beware if your room is on the first floor there will be constant noise from other guests, the front door, and the floors upstairs. There is also no central air in the room so it can get a bit hot. The hotel/room was good for the 4-days we needed it for. The staff were very wonderful, friendly, and...

"First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the property. Looked new, modern, and clean. Room a bit small but that’s par for the course in Europe. Great bathroom and shower. And similar to other reviews, great location in Westminster by Victoria Station. And very good and extensive breakfast buffet (included free)."
