"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. "

"Quite possibly one of the hidden gems of Hakuba Goryu. If you want the true Hakuba local experience and taken back in time, this is your spot. "A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer"

"Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. "

"We stayed at Prominence near the start of spring. During this time, many shops, restaurants, and cafés were either closed for the season, closed early, or had limited seating. Many bar-style eateries were also not very welcoming to families with children.
