"The Hotel is in a great position, with public transport just a few minutes walk away, and can take you all over the city. The check in was really quick and the staff were helpful. The room is small but if you don't want loads of space its lovely.No wardrobe just hangers on the wall. There is no air conditioning but they did supply a fan in the room and that was really useful. Breakfast was buffet style with lits of choices and a good variety of plant based milks and yoghurts and gluten feee options. Hot and cold options available. Nearby resturants and bars and a supermarket or 7/11 is very closeby to get some nibbles or drinks or some lunch. The staff were friendly and could answer questions about the area. There is a little courtyard where you could eat if you wanted. It was really lovely Would recommend a stay."

"The property was conveniently located in town, within walking distance to many sites, attractions and close to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee best in Scandinavia! Lastly the bed was comfortable and the room, bath and shower functional and beautiful"

"The hotel was superbly located for access to the Ullevi Stadium. Staff were really friendly and there was no issue with our lack of Swedish. The breakfast options were plentiful. The room felt a bit cramped, but it served its purpose. It was great that there was an ironing board and iron in the room without having to call reception for one. The restaurant couldn’t handle the number of customers in the evening (due to the football match), and turned away my group and two others. The price of snacks etc on offer was amazingly cheap. Not sure if that was the hotels pricing or the transfer rate from Kr to GBP. We’d probably stay here again if we wanted access to the Ullevi stadium or the theme park which is just up the road."
