Great stay for business trip!

We were two colleagues staying in the Linnea room. The room was just as you would expect from the photos, with heating (we stayed in late March and it was freezing outside). Anne was a welcoming host who helped us get comfortable but did not overly bother us during the stay (and we mean this in a good way). The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Location/accessibility-wise, Anne's Hus is conveniently located, 15-min walking distance from the airport shuttle stop / major bus stop Korsvägen-- ie. quiet neighborhood for sleeping but still close enough for city center commute every day. Although if you're moving in with big luggage, you might want to take the bus from Korsvägen instead of walk because Anne's Hus is up a small hill. One more thing to note, all the rooms are on the second floor through a narrow-ish spiral staircase, so it may not be accessible for everyone, and if you're carrying a 23kg suitcase up like I was... good luck (still doable; I managed somehow). Bottom line: great host, convenient place at a reasonable price, but more suited for people traveling with light luggage / ok with climbing stairs.

Et idyllisk lille sted med god ånd og sin helt egen atmosfære. Skøn have med mange sidderum i et stille og rolige område. Velegnet til nogle dages eller ugers retræte eller til skriveophold. Kun få gæster. Morgenmad serveres i en kurv pyntet med havens blomster, som man så selv vælger om den indtages på værelset eller ude i haven. Tæt på offentlig trafik

Es una casa de huéspedes muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, administrada por su dueña, una señora encantadora y servicial que hace de la estadía un tiempo extraordinario. La propiedad una casa antigua exquisitamente preservada y acondicionada, para huéspedes. Un desayuno exquisito.

ingen fri parkering

Det var lite annorlunda boende än jag har förväntat mig, dvs verkligheten stämde inte riktigt med beskrivningen och också med min tolkning av beskrivningen. Till exempel "fri parkering". Jag trodde att det var parkeringsplatser tillhörande boendet där gästerna kan parkera gratis, medan jag blev hänvisat till att parkera på gatan runt huset. Tyvärr var alla fri parkeringsplatser permanent upptagna, så att jag inte hade någon fri parkering. Det var överhuvudtaget svårt att hitta någon ledig parkeringsplats i närheten (även med parkeringsavgift). Dessutom hade vi inte badrummet integrerat med vårt rum. Vårt badrum befann sig i andra ändan av korridoren, vilket var lite besvärligt.

Mysigt och välkomnande

Enkelt men helt och rent. Mysigt och tyst område och att äta frukost (man får den i en korg, uppburen till rummet) i trädgården ger en bra start på dagen. Badrummen ligger ute i korridoren eller i källaren, men varje rum disponerar ett eget. Värdinnan är mycket trevlig och välkomnande och hon ger ett varmt och behagligt intryck. Sängen på rummet tyckte jag var väldigt skön. Eftersom det inte finns AC på rummet kan det bli varmt under dagen.

Toppenmysigt boende i trevliga kvarter, nära att gå till Liseberg mm. Gratis parkering på gatorna runt huset men svårt att få plats där så vi fick ställa bilen en bit bort. Mysig frukostkorg! Anne var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam kan rekommenderas varmt.
