It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."

Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company. "We wanted to do a Disney vacation with our kids as Canadians and wanted to avoid the mess in the U.S., so we opted for Tokyo Disneyland/Sea! This hotel was very reasonably priced, clean, room and bed sizes great for a family of 4. Food at the breakfast buffet (recommend adding breakfast to your stay) was full of so many delicious options, and the dinners were as well. Free shuttle to and from Disney Parks. Recommend this property to stay! "
