"The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed. Loved it & missed it at every other hotel i stayed"

"This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance. "Stayed here 2 times. All over great hotel. Location is perfect. Tabata station is compact size so you don't need to walk a lot to get to the hotel. The hill wasn't too bad. Room was tight as I expected and you can handle it. There was suitcase space under the bed. Shinkansen view was wonderful. My child kept watching them. 3rd floor was best view actually. You could see both local train and Shinkansen on your eye level. 7th floor you could see only Shinkansen. Thank you. "
