"Came here for the second part of our honeymoon, this was my 2nd time here (the first was about a decade ago with my family), and it was honestly even better than I remember it. We stayed at the all inclusive (Sonesta OP) before and it was beautiful, but we enjoyed our stay at Princess Heights even more because it was just so much more charming and the views were breathtaking. The staff were all so sweet as well. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again during our biannual couples trip to SXM. "

"My stay was perfect! If you want a quiet place to relax with water view, this is your place. It is very clean and convenient to a few restaurants and a lovely French cafe that doubled as a convenient store all in just a 3 minute walk. The property manager Claude was extremely helpful, hard worker, great communicator from the start before i even arrived and eager to make my stay easy. "I would give it a 5 for the staff, as they were amazing!! Not having an elevator was the only down side. You have 4 flights of stairs but the rooms are amazing! If you want clean, friendly, and comfort them choose this hotel!!"

"The room had very good air conditioning and refrigerator, the building was very quiet and super close to the boardwalk. Perfect space for a great price. The only issue was that there wasn't any hot water but i didn't need it. I would recommend staying here if you just need a good room near the boardwalk. Nothing fancy but it was perfect for a single traveler or couple. "

"Fifth time staying here because we love it. We stayed in the courtyard this time, and although convenient, it was too loud this time of year. Pool and views cannot be beat. We love many of the staff members like family, though there are a few new ones who are not friendly or helpful. Food was much better this time. Overall great stay. Will continue to return."

"Lovely host. Fantastic communication. Incredibly accommodating, without having to ask. Offered us an early check-in and a late check out, as we were between houses and somewhat homeless. Great breakfast. Nice common areas. Incredibly safe. Bonus of a really comfortable bed, which is rare. This is a great place to stay a couple days. Unfortunately we were only here overnight, so we never got to enjoy all the amenities. "

"Good location. Closest affordable property is Rendezvous Bay. Sunshine Shack a must! Bed very good Room clean, staff friendly. Food options could be improved No night life walkable . Property needs some updating and maintenance. But clean. I will stay here again. "
