"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations."

"Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room."

It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. "This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. "

"The hotel location is excellent to walk everywhere - beach, restaurants, shops. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, especially Elena. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The breakfast is improved from last year and has more options to choose from. The restaurant staff could improve in greeting clients and restaurant cleanness."
