"Ontvangst heel vriendelijk en welkom, kamer was geweldig, prachtig uitzicht, zeezicht met groot balkon, direct aan het strand met voldoende goede strandstorlen en parasols. Eten bij het gingerbreadcafe is heerlijk en de bediening heel vriendelijk. Carib is een aanrader. Kamer heeft twee ruime slaapkamers met badkamer, grote woonkamer, keuken en groot balkon. We komen graag terug."

"Pool area by seaside grill was perfect for kids and the little beach bay area behind was also great - safe, good for snorkeling for little kids! Food was overall good. Pizza is a must! Bfast buffet was good also. Some staff were friendly, but overall not as friendly as other resorts. Ordered a king size bed and didn’t get it. Feel like we really weren’t given a good room, but location across seaside grill worked out. Good grocery shop onsite. Friendly staff at the aqua sports shack....

"It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. "

"We loved our stay at Princess Heights. The room was beautiful with amazing views and the pool was amazing and never too busy. Only drawback is proximity to sights if you do not have a car, we hired a taxi which worked out well. Would be helpful if there was a cafe on site with some convenience items."

"Everything was amazing"

"Room was clean and lovely, the bed comfy, good layout. Ocean view spectacular, bathroom good: plenty of towels water pressure good. Minor things: kitchen needs a set of tongs for turning and lifting hot items while cooking, the shower is a bit awkward because of the opeing to step in and the fan leaked over the toilet. Otherwise, a great place for my first visit to St. Martaan. The staff was kind and friendly and helpful always."

"Staff was some of the most friendly people on the island. Biggest downfall was the insane amount of seaweed, cannot swim in beach and seaweed left a horrible smell even in our room we could smell it. They try to bulldoze it away so it’s not their fault it’s just the unfortunate beach condition."

"What a disappointment this property was. I arrived and was given a room that had a dead bird on the path leading to my room. Along with a large pool of water from rainfall that required me to move and squeeze between patio furniture to get around the water. For such a centrally located hotel, it was a ghost town during carnival, which was the first red flag. I finally access my room and immediately I could tell the room wasn’t clean. The kitchen surfaces and cabinets all had smear marks as if...

"All the staff here are amazing! So kind and helpful. We had an issue with the room assigned to us so we had to go back down to the check in to advise them of the issue (we weren’t complaining or asking for anything, but they immediately upgraded us!). If you stay here, definitely try and get an ocean front view. The views are lovely, the beach is right there! All rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, which we made use of as there are a few nearby grocery stores where you can get...
