"We arrived and were greeted nicely by the hotel staff. We were told the coffee machine isn’t working in the lounge area, but that it would be fixed we thought our room was really cute and nice. Though the rooms are extremely small, not a lot of places to set things on. Our first and only real problem was the shower. At first it was so much pressure your skin came off almost came off, then the temp was unstable. When I tried to adjust it broke completely so to stripping. My husband fixed it enough that I could shower. It was like 10:30 pm. The next day when I went to shower again it wouldn’t even turn on. I called the desk and the manager was confusing. He was apologetic but also saying I could use another room to shower and maintenance would be there at 6 pm for our room, then said switch rooms. I just decided to move rooms even though it was a pain, but then he seemed confused that we wanted to move as if that wasn’t an option. We moved to what seemed like a smaller room with less table space. We didn’t love that experience or how it was handled either. The owner happened to be there later, but the manager guy just butt kissed us and it was so obvious to us based on the confusion on switching rooms. We actually didn’t feel that welcome after that. It was our last night so we just let it go. They did fix the coffee machine which was a huge plus. We won’t choose this place again."

"The hotel is fine for a typical "nicer" hotel but it has two missing key features that are hard to fathom for the level/price of the hotel room - No fan in the bathroom and no (real) great working air conditioner. As far as the AC, we realize that the area does not always have hot weather however almost everybody always at some point gets warm in their room. The "AC" is like a Hitachi swamp cooler that is hard to figure out and won't seem to stay on both AC and fan function. Would recommend that the AC system be upgraded. Also, EVERY bathroom should have a fan whether or not it is required by code. It just doesn't make sense in a room with little to no ventilation, there is not a bathroom fan. We had to use our own portable fans to air out the bathroom for various reasons."
