"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

"Beautiful, spacious rooms, located away from the crowds, in the Oltrarno, fantastic breakfast included, and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, Ponte Vechio bridge, Uffizi, Duoma, etc We drove in and the hotel made arrangements with a patking garage minutes away"
