"Absolutely lovely. Our room was MASSIVE, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were kind and accommodating. We also utilized the spa and gym. The massages were top notch. The gym was just okay, and lacked equipment for fitness fanatics, but had enough to get by. We will certainly be back to this hotel. "

"Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"No ventilation or AC working. It was turned off. However with sun exposure during the day it got very warm in the room. Listing indicated AC was available. Good location. Price point is a little high for this hotel. Elevator needs upgrade. Long wait times. Staff are very nice. "

We did not care as much as others might because we had a back up personal service that kept us connected. "Fantastic location, easy check in/out, clean, and nice renovated room. A great place to base yourself in Nice with easy access to Nice train station, the Promenade, restaurants, and the Old Town. Very reasonably priced for my stay too."

"I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean the bathroom was dated but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is in a good location near the train station & the centre of nice. There are nice restaurants & brunch spots in the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the promenade would stay again. "
