"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all sights and public transport. As soon as you walk into the reception area you are welcomed by an amazing scent and a very relaxed vibe. The room was perfect for a solo traveller or couple with everything you need. Would book it again."

"This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The parking is very expensive and is basically parking on the pavement outside the hotel. The hotel itself is dark and dingy, the corridors are black. The restaurant prices are ridiculous, probably due to the extortionate prices, even at peak breakfast time it was empty. The room was dark, lighting inadequate, view from window considering the location was awful. Bed uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, shower had no power. Good location for the O2 and...

"A clean and basic room for a short-term stay, anything over two nights may not be as enjoyable due to the minimalist but slightly impractical set-up (no wardrobe, no bin in the bedroom, no vanity, no bedside table/chairs, tea/coffee equipment and the shower head is fixed to the wall so you can't move it freely). However, the location has good transport links."

"The room was good sized and clean but a little noisey at night with emergency vehicle sirens directly below the windows. There is no elevator so stairs may be a problem for some with heavy luggage. Location to DLR and river dock was excellent for us."

"The room is clean,
Bed is very comfortable I must say but it will be good if customers are provided with bottled water and at least have a small fridge in the room.
Most of the staff lack good customer service especially the female staff."

"I had to leave a review because other reviews don’t do the place any justice. I put 3 men into 3 rooms here. They were really nervous because the reviews weren’t to good.
When they checked in and got settled, I never heard off them all week.
At the end of the stay, they said it was the best room they had in a long time bear in mind they stay away most year around.
They said the rooms were very clean, the facilities in the room were perfect and they had shed loads of shops in close proximity....
