"Stayed here recently for a concert at the o2 and it was the perfect hotel for the occasion the check in staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was a clean well designed place, the room was very comfortable for the nights stay as well
The walk is also very easy from the o2 and even at night we found it a safe and comfortable journey I would definitely stay again for any future events at the o2"

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"I wish the room had a window that could open
And my room wasn’t fully clean when I went in. There was an unfolded or used towel in the washroom.
Generally it was clean but I wish it was better asthetically.
Outside the cigarette butts all over the grounds was atrocious. The staff at the beefeater restaurant was rude to me and gave me a dirty tea cup for tea."

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
