"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind.
The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old.
Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. Would stay again if needing somewhere to stay around Greenwich in the future.

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

テムズ川沿いのエリアにも歩いて行くことができ、街の雰囲気も落ち着いていてとてもよかったです！！
お部屋は家族4人(子ども3才、6才)で広々使え、ベッドの広さも十分でした。室内はとてもキレイでした。

"Das Zimmer war sauber, auch wenn der Teppichboden älter ist und irgendwas unter dem Bett stand (vermutlich Beistellbett). Bad und alles sonstige in gutem Zustand, sauber und praktikabel. Klimaanlage funktionierte. Egal ob an oder aus, das Zimmer roch nicht unangenehm. Die Zimmerreinigung muss man am Vortag bestellen. Für mich war das in Ordnung. Sehr nah an der Elizabeth line (3 min zu Fuß). Direkt zur Stadt oder Flughafen."

"I was very disappointed in my stay at the Zedwell. Having booked a twin room 8 months ago for an event, I was shocked that the system automatically placed me in a double at ceck-in. When we questioned the staff, they said they didn't have any twins available but could offer us a bigger room and share a bed - it's ridiculous to rely so much on a computer system and not check manually. "Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. "Clean home, very comfortable furniture. May need a new sofa soon. To many mirrors in the bathroom a title uncomfortable. The lock box should be placed in a new spot. There was garbage covering the box and we could not locate the box and didn’t realize it could be under the garbage bag. Good spot to ride the train. Travel lodge staff very helpful"

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...
