"It was an ok hotel, not worth the cost £153 for one night & breakfast. Noticed in morning that sheets had stain on them, this was hidden under the top cover and not obvious when getting into bed night before. Breakfast was very basic, apparently cooked breakfast was an option but nobody was about to take an order for this. Coffee was horrible from a machine that needed a clean…black coffee was a grey brown. Ideal location for 02, but would stick to other hotel across the road In future..only...

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind.
The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old.
Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. Would stay again if needing somewhere to stay around Greenwich in the future.

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Didn’t love the area at all. Older hotel. Basically just somewhere to sleep. But I do have a gluten allergy in at their breakfast buffet. I expected to be on my own, but the staff went and cooked something separately in the back for me, which was amazing!"

"Placed within 5 minutes of Cutty Sark DLR and within view of Greenwich village, it's perfectly positioned. I used this as a crash pad for a hectic weekend and didn't partake in food but if you don't want to eat there, your choices locally are unlimited.
My room (2nd floor) overlooking the car park was a little small. Sideways sitting on the toilet was preferred and there was no seating space other than a hard chair. I was flying solo so not an issue but for two.... traffic management in the...

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"I always have a great stay here but on this occasion I was very disappointed. The room was small. The hall ways smelt like stale sweat. Remote control for TV was intermittent, had to cast the England game from my phone. No balcony, had to wait nearly 30 mins before getting my room when check is from 3pm you expect your room to be ready :)"
