"Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel. "

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"People who book this type of hotel must note. It has no windows à bit claustrophobic the corridors are painted a dark colour which doesn't help,l overheard people say it was like a prison block.it served à purpose for 1 nights stay."

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room did not match what I had originally booked, as we were given two single beds instead of the expected setup.
There was also a noticeable issue with humidity and mould in the room, which made the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a health perspective.
Additionally, we were only provided with one towel despite being two people, which felt careless and inconvenient.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would recommend...

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
