"I cannot say enough good things about this property! My family and I had a wonderful stay, the staff were abundantly kind, the loft was beautiful and clean. Loved every minute. It is in a cute area with lots to offer. Food, Park, Subway all accessible. We will definitely make this our go to hotel when we come to New York!"

"We loved our stay. The staff was excellent and the room was clean and just what we needed. We had an issue with the AC and I called the front desk and they immediately had someone come to resolve it, though the AC just overall wasn’t super strong. Thankfully it was not summer in full swing so it was manageable. The window was damaged probably from a previous guest but other than that the room was stylish and chic. "The room was not only so unique, comfortable & clean, but simply gorgeous as well! We had one of the rooms with no elevator access (worth it!) so it’s a little hike with luggage, but the woman at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name, was such an angel in helping me get all of our bags upstairs.
