"The cabin was spotless including the bathroom. Comfortable beds. The pool was great at the end of the day. The nature trail was interesting and piece of nature so close to other amenities. Location was excellent- walking distance to the market and restaurants. I would come here again!"

"The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. Also, not this host’s fault, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through...

"Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife."

"Ka’ana Resort was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to San Ignacio. The moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs who accidentally wandered into luxury. The property is stunning. Lush gardens, peaceful paths, and a pool that practically begs you to forget whatever plans you had for the day. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable.
