I absolutely LOVED my stay at Falling Leaves Lodge. My partner and I were blown away with the service, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and clean room. Paula at the front desk went above and beyond for us, whether it was confirming our excursions, arranging taxis, or ordering us early breakfast, she handled it all. The groundskeepers were so kind, setting up lounge chairs and allowing us to connect to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. The on-site restaurant had a large menu and every dish we tried was delicious. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay at Falling Leaves. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It truly felt like we were staying right in the middle of the forest, surrounded by nature.
The pool was peaceful and tranquil, perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant was excellent. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
This place is beautiful, and the staff are great. The cabana we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and we saw lots of beautiful birds and some wildlife on the property.
Very kind and helpful! Right next door to Cahal Pech so ruins are within steps from the hotel property. The food was great! Breakfast and dinner especially the lobster 5 stars! All staff was helpful and friendly! Loved Genesis and Paula was there anytime we needed her. The pool and hot tub were beautiful! The property in itself is beautiful and natural. My bag broke when I arrived and they fixed it for me asap.
It is a beautiful property with trees and many birds. The pool area is lovely. The restaurant onsite was exceptional and the staff friendly and attentive. I plan to return
What a lovely place to stay, and what great service! Under Paula's stellar leadership, the staff was terrific. Got great advice about things to do, better than what was in the guidebooks. The room was spacious and comfortable and the food was good, We enjoyed the quiet pool under beautiful trees, where we sae an agouti scampering by. It's in town, but up a hill, so it's convenient but has a nice view over the valley. On-site parking was convenient and secure. It's literally next door to the Cahal Pech Mayan site, which we got to tour that almost by ourselves.
The landscaping of this property is amazing and the pool was great. You get to see animals, birds, and plants native to the area. All the staff was friendly and the on site restaurant had great food and drinks. The Cahel Pech ruins is this resorts neighbor so you can walk right to it. Be mindful, it is on top of a steep hill. I highly recommend and would return.
This is one of our favorite places! The staff are genuinely nice people and go out of their way to help their guests in every way possible. The room choices are great too.
We had a great stay. Friendly staff. They were very welcoming, showed around property. Added a new single bed for our infant. Gave us a complementary upgrade. Nice property close to attractions.
