"All was well except for the strength of electricity. Was not able to charge my devices with wall and lamp outlets. Very disappointing. If I was staying longer than a day would have asked for service. But overall, all was great. "

"The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, a little crowded in the set up but overall good. I wished they had a broom and dustpan available in the room as there is no carpeting and we had two little ones with us. I would like to have swept up after snacks etc."

"Ben at the Front Desk was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. We wanted to be on the third floor but needed an elevator. There was one close by - perfect location. But it was not in service the first day. The ladies at the breakfast area were wonderful. Attentive and highly efficient. Toilet plugged up once and one dresser drawer would not close all the way and sometimes slid open, tv had slow reaction time and lost signal at times. Overall, excellent stay."

"Everything was good except for parking fee which was not show when I booked the room. It was Woodland, CA, not SF or San Jose. I didn’t expect parking to be charged."
