"Everything was fine the first day! The next morning the maid just asked me if I needed towels and offered me a couple of them, thinking that she would come back to make the bed later! I went out to San Francisco and when I returned to my room my bed was not made. I don't know if it's a hotel rule, but the maid simply thought I didn't want service! And the key to open the door was deactivated several times "
