"I can copy and paste picture. Right in front of the room. All cleaning stuff was kept. Staff talking loudly even in the late night. Could not open bathroom as it was getting locked. They had keys to open every time. I will say not even they deserve one star "

First of all Hotels.com overcharged me by charging a premium on this hotel the rates at the hotel were 50% of what Hotels.com charged. The place was horrible and not as mentioned in the described in Hotels.com. Everything was horrible"

"Not too far from the Metro, the place is on the 2nd floor of a vet's in a peaceful neighborhood. Dormroom is spacious and clean. I had to do work online and spent much of the night in the common areas to avoid waking others; however, common spaces do not use AC at night, so both my computer and I overheated :( The hotel manager was kind to make an arrangement for me the following day, which was generous. I could not have stayed otherwise. "
