"There were three things. #1 the bed was too soft causing a minor back ache upon getting up. #2 the pillows weren't great. #3 the AC vent was shooting the air toward the wall of the bed and the cold air was hitting us in the head. I turned the Vanes on the vent and we still had to use pillows to block the air from hitting our head."
