"I checked in between 3-4pm after settling in I realized the toilet wasn't working and also leaking. I contacted the front desk i was told some was was coming to fix it but no one came so I went to the front desk asked if someone can assist and finally someone came 2 hours later. I woke up at 6am to a puddle of water in the room from the A/C unit being faulty. After trying to get the situation rectified no one came to fix the unit or clean the water so I packed my things and left. The service...

"The room was not ready for check in, was smelling of cigarette and liquor, dirty used beds, bathroom not cleaned, towels scattered everywhere on the floor, near the TV, used bottles left on the Table, the room was smelling bad. Not recommend to anyone , very poor state of the hotel and the room."

"Very horrible from beginning to end from walking into the building people hanging out look like crackheads in the parking lot inside was very dirty. The room was filthy. The room was not cleaned. The hallways were horrible. The whole experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. In fact, I lost money. I checked in and never stayed one night in there in fact did not even stay. 5 minutes. I left out and went and found a much better hotel. Very horrible experience."
