"The room was clean but needed a little maintenance. It could use a little updating but nothing major. It was a little odd to see guys tailgating in the parking lot on a weekday. "We were going for a quick trip of 2 nights. The quality of the hotel is good but it could be great with some attention to detail. The location in Chesapeake was perfect for our plans. "Great experience for my first time "

"The hotel was tidy but not well maintained. The elevator got stuck with us inside it. It wouldn’t let us push any of the buttons including the call button. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. They knew exactly what was wrong (the up button gets stuck) and fixed it quickly, which seems to indicate that it has happened before. The room was ok but shabby. The bathroom door had a huge dent in it and wouldn’t shut all the way. The staff was friendly and kind."

"Breakfast staff cut corners with various aspects of food delivery and presentation. Ex: 1) The lids for hot food dishes would not stay up to place food on ones plate. I was at your hotel for a week. It was on the third day i realized the box supporting the heaters could be moved 1/2" allowing space for the hot plate lids could open and stay open as designed. 2) when hot omelets we brought out, the entire fresh batch of omlets was dumped into the existing pan...
