The bar was nice. The food was excellent! The staff was great. The location was excellent. Where we need help is the maintenance of the property. The lobby needed more upkeep - the rugs and sofa’s were dirty. The doorways weren’t wiped well. The gym hadn’t been cleaned in forever AND there wasn’t anything that allowed me to clean up before or after my workout. I enjoyed my stay, however. The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. This property has five star potential!

The staff were helpful and friendly and it was very nice to be on the water but the hotel is in need of a deep clean - floors and walls were dingy, The oddest thing about it was that the bathroom doors in the room were barn doors which meant there was no seal to the door and no privacy. A real design flaw.

The staff, location and amenities were great! We stayed 3nights with room temperature ranging from 78 to 80 in August. They immediately sent a tech to fix air upon my complaint. However, we thought once the batteries were changed the air would work. I realized it didn't fix issue and for the next 2 days I just enjoyed amenities in the hotel and area outside of my warm room.

The staff was very nice and very helpful clean property. I do not remember the name of the guy who checked me in, but he was very nice and kind and helpful to us. He gave me his name and I hate that I do not remember it and he also wrote it down. But the property was very clean. I had no issues with check in and out. Parking was convenient. The bar staff was very nice. The music was good. The bar staff was very helpful. However, I did not have breakfast late sleeper but wish I could have very good job at this hotel.

This has so much personality already. I’d keep your voice and just smooth out the grammar and flow: I don't know what it was, but this was the BEST time! The room is truly designed for comfort and chillaxin’. At first, I was disappointed because we couldn’t get a king room—everything was sold out. But honestly, once we settled in, we didn’t even notice because the room was just that comfortable. And THE CHAIR! The chair is the highlight of the space. Sit in it and thank me later! 😂 Anyhoo, the area was nice, the beach was the reason we were there, but the room is the reason we’ll return. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but there were plenty of them to pile up, so that worked out just fine. We walked along the pier that night, which was really nice. The bar food was great, and the to-go portions were generous enough to share. Overall, this was such a nice little couple’s weekend getaway. Comfortable, relaxing, good food, the beach nearby, and a room we actually enjoyed spending time in. We’ll definitely be back—and I’m claiming that chair again!

Location for what we were doing was great. We were in room 920. HVAC not working properly and the mattress on the bed felt like the head was lower than the feet to the extent that we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed. We didn't bother staff about it because we left early and came in late the 2 days we were there. We know how to adapt and overcome. The other thing we HATED was every time we were in the parking garage there was people smoking weed which we cannot stand the smell of.
