"Salina Utah is a very small town. The building was older - like a motor lodge (you can tell I’m old! 72). Inside the rooms had all been updated very nicely. The beds were so comfortable. The water for a morning shower was hot! The young man at the front desk was happy and helpful. We ask for a good place to have dinner - he suggested the Hot Spot around the corner. It was great food, great service by a group of high school kids, many options for burgers, hot dogs and fries and more...

"Property seems older but we enjoyed our stay. Super close to the national park made this really convenient. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, the hotel had a diner attached which had decent food. All staff was really friendly. I was hesitant to book based on other reviews, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if visiting the Great Basin National park"

"The staff is great! They’re very friendly, understanding, and helpful. I messed up on my reservation. I thought I’d booked two nights instead of one and it was completely my fault. Instead of kicking me out, they let me reserve another night at a little bit higher rate and keep my same room. It was also all worked out over the phone, which was so accommodating of them. The location is a little noisy but that’s the nature of Elko. It’s a bit of a rowdy place. "
