"The Staff was amazing . Joshua on the front desk had all the answers. Julie in the restaurant is the kindest soul. Many others I didn't note were also ,outstanding! Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!"

"Shampoo/conditioner (combined) and body wash included, which was nice. Property was gorgeous and super clean. Great location. Staff are on-site 24/7! Muddy’s across the street was fantastic, and we saw numerous flying foxes feasting on fruits on the street outside! We loved staying here in the quieter part of Cairns. (:"

"Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of food. Beach area was beautiful with lots of activities to do. Hamilton island is a great location to get to the whitehaven beach. Our hotel room was spacious and has stunning view of the bay. However, the room is showing its age and the bathroom smelled musty and window screen was torn and dirty. The bedroom floor was a bit sticky not sure what they use for cleaning so wear slippers. Birds were plenty and nice to see but can get aggressive with food around flying to tables for scraps. Overall outside of the minor issues, great place to vacation in."
