"I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep"

"They were out of everything! No fruit! No muffins! Pillows had a terrible smell! Very dissatisfied! The shampoo and conditioner and lotion containers were very hard to use and one was empty! We stayed here before and no problems! Very disappointed this time!"

"The staff were nice, but will not be staying here again if I can avoid it. It was clean, but I found a bug in the bathroom the second night so that made my skin crawl. The entire property needs to be updated. Not all the outlets worked in the room, there was a lamp missing from one of the bedside tables, and no outlets nearby to plug in a charger. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality, and they ran out of coffee early on and never refilled it. I also paid for a late check out but...

"It has a huge indoor resort setting with an indoor pool, tables, chairs & lounges. Very nice & fun. It seems to be set up for large gatherings like banquets & company parties. Clean, comfortable with a free hot breakfast. The only negative is the highway road noise right outside the room windows. It is so loud you can hear individual trucks driving by. Suggest you bring ear plugs."

"My bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did read in advance that the kitchens were not stocked- you would have to ask the front desk for supplies like utensils and glasses, which I did. The only thing in the kitchen was a kitchen towel and a small packet of dishwasher detergent. But there wasn't a dishwasher, so cleaning your borrowed kitchen items with dishwasher detergent powder is not exactly normal. They should have little bottles of dish soap. "Staff friendly but had problems at checkin because we had two rooms. Resolved easily but … Placement of in-room coffee pot very poor for older guests. Ditto for microwave. Too low to reach easily or read controls. Absurd not to offer complimentary simple breakfast, given the price. Restaurant prices high. Will not use this hotel chain again and do not recommend it. There are other options with better amenities for lower costs"
