"My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife."

"There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived. I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on. "The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."
