"I was very disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small for a king size bed the hot tub in the room was nice but it could have been cleaned better. We ordered room service because it was a long day the food was over priced it took 1 hour and a half to get our food . Another hotel guest gave us our food instead of the delivery driver. Our food was cold and when I called to get a refund they said they could not do anything. I would not stay there again."

"The Alexander House is best known for great food. The motel rooms are dated but they are clean, shower pressure is good. Towels could use replacement. It is in my hometown and I like supporting it when I am back for a visit."
