All the rooms have a sofa which I was happy to have. Office chairs look rather worn. Price was good and the place is clean and convenient to ALTRU hospital.

Staff at front desk were wonderful! HVAC in our room #225 was super noisy - please replace! Breakfast was just okay - more coffee and food options please; waffles / machine needs to be checked out (batter was weird)…. Soft towels and room was huge/ nice. Loved the fridge and microwave in room.

The property is either going through repairs and renovations right now or should be. We stayed early October and the place needs work ascetically. It’s a little paint away from being good. I just didn’t see anyone working on it while we were there. The room was large and comfortable. I had no issues with noise in the room. I would stay again but not in the near future.

The check-in was quick and easy. The attendant was friendly and helpful and accommodated our request for a third floor room. The room is spacious and clean and we had a good night’s sleep! I also appreciate the breakfast that was offered in the morning.

Clean and friendly. TV Remote in room not working, ask the front desk for new batteries, there also was no back on the remote. She said she replaced the batteries and put a back on it. Took it back to the room and it still did not work. Was late in the evening, so didn’t bother to try again. Other than that, everything was good.

We had a very quiet stay. The breakfast was hot and did not run out. We were the only Canadians there. I would encourage more visitors to go to Grand Forks and stay at the GF Lodge
