"Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was good. Only the A/C didn't get cold enough. I couldn't get it to a decent temp to sleep comfortably. We got back late to our room and assumed the hotel was full so I didn't report it until we left. "

"Room was dirty, didn’t get cleaned daily, closet rack to hang clothing was backwards and couldn’t use it to hang our clothes. I asked for a luggage rack to hang our clothes. When we got back to the room all of our clothing was spread out on bed and they took the luggage rack. Window blind didn’t work. Everything was reported since first day and was told it will get fixed and they never fixed anything."
