Expansive property with several buildings in a well-landscaped area. Big lobby and easy check in. Nice clean room with great view of Seoraksan mountain. Easy outdoor parking adjacent.

Submit a request for housekeeping, they did not come as we assumed it was standard practice. They will ask for date and time to service. We had to call a few times to confirm. Maybe a first in staying at a hotel for not being an automatic and standard practice or at least it has been a long time. Same for breakfast. You have to reserve one of the time slots and pre-pay. Maybe you can just show up and pay and eat but not sure. Typically that is the case for other hotel breakfast and they bill to your room but does not seem to be the case here. Great buffet, plenty of options. Made to order noodles and vegetables. But a strict adherence to the time slot and you have to depart at the end of it, only about an hour and 15 min so get there at start time. It was 7am to 8:20 and 9am to 10:20, roughly the time slots. Swimming pool is not included and is expensive. A lot for kids to play and a jacuzzi. It is called Ocean Play. There is an indoor spa area segregated by sex. Specific rules with the swimming pool, cannot use spa towels with main swimming pool. Strict adherence to no shoes past locker room entrance. Limited personal belongings in pool area for some reason. They don't bother you about masks in locker room or swimming areas. We arrived late and the hotel front desk had given away our room so we received a room in a lower level in a different tower. Cannot compare the two but assume it was a degrade. Hotel is close to the Mt. Seoraksan national park for walking/hiking, etc.

There was no way to control the temperature in the room and it was way too hot! The front desk made a mistake mistake with our booking and the explanation made us wonder if they knew what they were doing.

뷰가 너무 좋고 전반적으로 숙소도 깨끗하고 침구도 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 다만, 난방이 너무 약해서 방 자체가 조금 쌀쌀한 느낌이었어요. 특히 저희가 묵은 마지막 날은 영하 15도까지 내려가서 웃풍이 들어와 실내인데도 패딩을 입고 있었네요. 또한 3인 가족이 2일 머무는데 수건이 총 4개 작은 것 밖에 없어 추가 요청했더니 비용을 개당 500원씩 추가하더라구요. 수건은 기본인것 같은데 서비스가 너무 박하다는 생각이 들었습니다.

bad services, bad staff. first when arrive at the lobby, we going to A Building, and then the customer service tell us to go to C Building, after that He gave me the room key, and didn't sent us to the room, and we bring our luggage ourself wake me up so early in the morning, about 9am to clean up room, and i ask to clean it at evening but they didn't do it.

Beautiful views of Seoraksan
We chose this hotel because it actually is a golf resort with wonderful views of the mountains. However, make no mistake, guests are placed not in the resort part of the facility but in a separate 'hotel'. This means that the room is a typical hotel room (nothing special) with comfort level to Korean standards which may seem a bit austere to international standards and access to the resort facilities are limited. I believe the resort is a 'time-share' type facility and so the hotel was created to place guests apart from the rest of the resort. There is a sauna in the building next to the hotel, but it is not available to the hotel guests. You can access the pool facility, but it is in a building some distance from the hotel and has a fee attached. At -2C and 38km/h winds, this was not a welcoming notion. Foreigners might feel a bit shunned.

시설의 위치랑 다양한 서비스 만족합니다. 다만 델피노 프론트의 직원은 불친절하고 고객에게 필요한 정보를 주고 싶어하지 않는 마인드 더군요. 직원교육이나 환경변화가 필요해 보입니다. 시설개보수 중인데 이런 정보는 주지 않았고, 여러 시설이 함께 있는데 이에 대한 안내 정보도 별도로 제공해주지 아 않아 처음 찾는 사람은 불편했습니다.

전망은 정말 좋지만 오래된 리조트는 어쩔 수 없는 듯 이스트동이 리모델링 중이라니ㅜ내년에 다시 가볼 생각은 있는데 이스트동이 개장하면 오션플레이나 식당가는 엄청 붐빌듯 합니다 소노캄에 가봐야할 듯

오래된 건물이지만 따뜻하고 좋아요
숙소가 여러동이고, 뷰가 엄청 좋았는데:) 카페가 공사중이라 못 가본게 아쉽고요 조식이 현장에서 결재하게 되면 좀 비싸지는거 같아요 나쁘지 않은데 저렴하게 먹으면 더 좋으니까 같이 결재하면 좋을거 같아요
