"I chose a room with two single beds, but unfortunately the beds aren't very comfortable. You can feel the springs inside the mattress...so zero comfort. It's a shame, because the hotel is truly beautiful, the location perfect, and the guy at the check-in desk was really nice and kind. In short, everything was perfect except the comfort of the beds"

"The only slight disappointment was the waiting time at the table for our meals which is why I only scored four stars on service. However, everything else was superb.
