"I often buy rooms for my employees when they are on overnight jobs. I guess I forgot to put my employee’s name and it was under mine. They would not let him get the room. Ok I get that, but to still charge me for the room and I had to reimburse my employee for a separate room is down right criminal. And the manager never returned my call. TRASH!!!!"

"Likely will not stay again. Check in was seamless & staff was nice. Main issue was the room. Not clean and smelled terribly of smoke. Instead of changing room until clean, housekeeper came and sprayed air fresher and brought a fan that remained on the duration we were there. Carpet and shower were both filthy. Considering the price and downtown Chicago area, my family and I had higher hopes."

"Very nice and comfortable hotel! We stayed two nights and enjoyed the space and the free breakfast. It was over the holiday weekend so it was very busy and not all the elevators seemed to be working, but we made it work. Close by to a lot of restaurants and public transit, making it more enjoyable. "This is a very nice hotel. Beautifully decorated and very elegant. But, if you don't like using the hotel app on your phone to get things done, you may not like it. The rooms are big and comfortable, but the TV situation is a huge issue. I think they use wireless and a smart TV, but there is no way to change channels and the remote control is a real pain.
